Lalit K. Jain, Esq. is an attorney, legal researcher, and creator of the Unbiased Memo of Justice (UNBMOJ), a practical advocacy framework designed to help litigants and courts evaluate cases through an objective, evidence-based lens. The UNBMOJ is intended to support constitutional principles, promote equal justice under the law, and help prevent wrongful outcomes by focusing on facts, evidence, and legal integrity.

Mr. Jain also coined the term Truthisprudence®, a legal philosophy that emphasizes the pursuit of truth as the foundation of justice. His work draws upon longstanding legal principles, including the prohibition against benefiting from one's own wrongdoing, the ability to challenge void judgments, and remedies for fraud upon the court.

Mr. Jain graduated at the top of his law school class, achieving academic distinction beyond traditional honors classifications. Throughout his career, he has practiced before New York State courts, United States District Courts, the United States Tax Court, the Supreme Court of the United States, and courts throughout India.

Admitted to practice in New York, India, the United States District Courts, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States, Mr. Jain brings both domestic and international legal perspectives to complex legal issues.

Today, he continues to advance the principles of Truthisprudence and promote the Unbiased Memo of Justice as a practical framework for achieving fair, evidence-based justice and strengthening public confidence in the legal system.
