"Laws correctly applied instead of misapplied — as constitutionally mandated."™

Lalit K. Jain, Esq. is an attorney, legal researcher, and the founder of the Law Offices of Lalit K. Jain, Esq., operating under KuttingEdge KommonSense Inc. (KEKSI). He is the creator of the Unbiased Memo of Justice (UNBMOJ), a practical advocacy framework designed to help litigants and courts evaluate cases through an objective, evidence-based lens.

Mr. Jain also coined the term Truthisprudence®, a legal philosophy grounded in the belief that truth must be the foundation and driving force of the legal system. His work draws on longstanding principles — the prohibition against benefiting from one's own wrongdoing, the ability to challenge void judgments, and remedies for fraud upon the court.

He is admitted to practice in New York, in India, before the United States District Courts, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States — bringing both domestic and international perspective to complex legal issues.

A Defining Moment

A defining influence on his work was his involvement in the correction of an initial guilty verdict in the 2013 Queens County Criminal Court case People v. Onuorah. That experience reinforced his conviction that careful examination of facts, evidence, and law is essential to preventing miscarriages of justice.
